Refund policy

Refunds are only possible in case there is a defect in the product delivered to you, before ordering make sure that you order the correct size, since all the orders are made to order so in case of ordering a wrong size it would be impossible for us to accept a return for the same. Sassy Nari has a 7-days free return policy.

For the product to be eligible for return, you must notify us about the same within 7 days from the date of delivery. To do so, open your account on Sassy Nari and find the product you wish to return under the “My Orders” menu and select the return option. Or you can contact us via Contact Form The product must be kept in the condition that it arrived in. You must keep the bill intact. You should ship the product to our office. To know address about return department please email us at ecommercesimpleagency@gmail.com.  You will be given a confirmation about receipt of the article by our executive once we will receive the shipment.

We shall initiate the process of refund of your payment after 24 hours of collection of the product. The amount refunded to you would be equal to the price of the product at the time you had ordered it. The latest price of the product, or any changes in it after you had placed your order will not be considered. The same applies to all products purchased during sales and special offers.

Your refund amount will be added to your Sassy Nari wallet. Since we don’t have an exchange policy, you can use the refunded amount to order a similar product again, or a different product. We don’t have any process to credit the refunded amount to your bank account. Neither a buyer can withdraw amount to his bank account from Sassy Nari wallet. The amount which is on Sassy Nari wallet can be used only to buy stuff from Sassy Nari website.
